Kolotool / Ik-Tool

Hab da noch ne frage zu dem kolotool.
ich hab gelesen dass man eins bekommt wenn man 20 member und mehr hat.
wie läuft das dann ab?
muss man da eins beantragen oder wird das dann automatisch gemacht?
